We Made a New Film

We made with Zofia  a new film, this time about one of Qi Gong system, Pa Tuan Chin (Ba Duan Jin). The purpose of the film is to help participants our different courses to practice at home, too. There are different versions of Pa Tuan Chin (Ba Duan Jin).

It’s a very popular form of Qi Gong. The version on the film is practicing in our school.

We have a lot of students german speaking, too. The film has also german language version.
