Tai Chi Caledonia

by Tomasz Thomas Nowakowski

Very busy summer is waiting for me this year. I go after my summer Tai Chi camp with advanced students for international Tai Chi meeting, Tai Chi Caledonia. I’m invited to teach there on one of the workshops.

Tai Ch Caledonia will be from 17th to 24th July 2015 and this year is special. The meeting in Scotland has a long tradition in Europe. This year is the 20th anniversary of Tai Chi Caledonia and  the 20th anniversary of The Taijiquan & Qigong Federation for Europe.

Tai Chi Caledonia is a very good opportunity to meet different teachers from different styles Tai Chi, to make a practical experience with their methodology of teaching as well as to share experiences with other Tai Chi practitioners.

The same time it will be there, Tai Chi Forum of The Taijiquan & Qigong Federation for Europe.

Topics for my workshop will be: Nei Gong in Tai Chi practice, Nine Small Havens Form and during the weekend workshop:

The 13 Steps Tai Chi Form includes the basics for the study, of all  aspects of tai chi such as timing, balance, structure and movement awareness in forms and practice research and applications. In these sessions we will work on both solo and partner routines to develop a deeper sense of good tai chi practice. One to one lessons for participants – advice to personal practice. The workshop is for beginners as well as advanced participants.

Maybe we will meet there.
